At 9:11 PM Central Daylight Time on September 30, 2026, Apple’s public System Status page listed an ongoing Apple TV issue that began at 3:43 PM CT. Apple said some users were affected and that Apple TV may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

The same live page marked App Store, Mac App Store, Apple Fitness+, Apple Music, Apple Music Subscriptions and Subscription Purchase outages as resolved. An earlier report describing all of these services as down should not be read as the current state of every service.

This is a time-stamped status snapshot, not a claim that every user is affected or that a device or home network is broken. Apple’s page did not establish a cloud-routing cause, an affected-user total or a restoration deadline for Apple TV in this check.

Before troubleshooting a device, check the official status page for the service involved. The page can change after this brief is published. We are not claiming that switching to another device or changing an account password will fix a service-side incident.
