  • The claims portal is open in Apple's $250 million settlement over Siri Apple Intelligence features buyers say they did not receive, covering US purchasers of iPhone 15 Pro or any iPhone 16 model bought between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025.

The claims portal is open in Apple's $250 million class action settlement over Siri Apple Intelligence features that buyers alleged they expected but did not receive. Apple denies all allegations and any wrongdoing but agreed to pay $250 million into a settlement fund.

Class members are US residents who purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model (16, 16e, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max) in the United States, for purposes other than resale, between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025. Claimants must confirm they expected certain Siri Apple Intelligence features on their device at the time of purchase and did not receive them.

Class members who submit a valid claim form will receive $25 per eligible device, adjustable pro rata up to a maximum of $95 per device depending on the total number of valid claims and other factors. Notice and administration costs, taxes, attorneys' fees and any service awards come out of the fund before distribution. Each eligible device requires a separate claim form.

The deadline to file a claim, request exclusion, or object to the settlement is December 21, 2026. Requesting exclusion is the only way to keep the right to sue Apple separately over the same claims; group or mass opt-outs are prohibited.

The court will hold a final approval hearing on February 24, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose. Payments only follow final approval, and the schedule can slip if there are appeals.

The official settlement site is smartphoneaisettlement.com, which hosts the claim form and case documents. Consumers should use that official portal rather than lookalike sites, and no payment is required to file a claim.
