Key points

  • NVIDIA says CoreWeave announced Vera Rubin NVL72 availability and named Cognition as its first production customer. The September 30 update also describes the new Forge model-and-agent workflow.

NVIDIA reported on September 30, 2026 that CoreWeave announced availability of Vera Rubin NVL72 systems on CoreWeave Cloud. The company names Cognition, the developer of the Devin AI software engineer, as the first customer running production workloads on that platform.

The update also describes the launch of CoreWeave Forge, a connected environment for training, evaluating and improving models and agents. NVIDIA says it brings together Weights & Biases, post-training work from OpenPipe and the open-source marimo notebook project.

Cloud availability and a named production customer are different milestones from an independent performance benchmark. The companies report early tests on particular coding workloads; those results should not be read as a speed guarantee for every model or customer. This brief does not use those test multipliers as a general performance claim.

NVIDIA separately says CoreWeave will offer its Vera CPU. That planned CPU offering should not be confused with the Vera Rubin NVL72 cloud availability announced in the same update.
