Dodge AI announced on September 29 that it raised $2.65 million for AI-based enterprise application maintenance. In its company-issued release, it says the round was led by Accel and Google backing, with participation from New Build Venture Capital, Antler, Schema Ventures and SAP-ecosystem angel investors. The release calls the Google participant its venture arm in the funding paragraph and identifies the Google AI Futures Fund in the company description. This article does not identify Google Ventures or GV as the investor.
The company says its platform works across enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis and Oracle JDE. Its stated focus is connecting incidents, change requests, business rules and undocumented customizations so teams can identify faults and maintain their software. That is a company description of the product, not independent proof of autonomous reliability.
The release also describes customer examples and performance improvements, but supplies no independent study or test method for those outcomes. The unverified $600 billion market-size claim and the claimed 132-times speed improvement are omitted here. The funding announcement does not establish that an agent can safely make unrestricted changes to production systems.
What to watch: evidence of repeatable customer results, deployment limits and documented controls for changes to enterprise software. Source: Dodge AI company announcement, September 29, 2026.
