Apple Stores will go through a reset from the evening of November 5 into November 6, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported on Sunday, according to AppleInsider - a strong hint that the rumored touchscreen OLED MacBook Pro and OLED iPad mini will be available to buyers on or around that date.
The reset reportedly involves new signage and a change of products on in-store tables. Gurman ties it to a rumored October 27 launch event and influencer experience, with November 6 falling on the Friday of the following week - a typical window for new products to reach consumers.
If the timing holds, November 6 would make four consecutive Fridays of Apple releases: iPhone Duo on October 23, HomePod mini 2 on October 30, the new Macs and iPad mini on November 6, and HomeView and Apple TV 4K on November 13.
An earlier round of rumors in August pointed to a separate store refresh tied to Apple's smart home push, including the new HomeView.
None of this is confirmed by Apple. The event date, product list and retail timing all rest on Gurman's reporting; Apple's official invitations and store communications are the final word.
