Anthropic opens Singapore office and signs government AI cooperation MOU
Anthropic announced on October 14, 2026 that it opened an office in Singapore and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. The company says this is its fifth office in Asia-Pacific. The MOU describes cooperation, not an enacted law or a blanket approval of every AI use.
